Did Arista Networks trademark "Cloud Networking"?

While reading a fairly unexciting post about "what is cloud networking, I noticed something interesting. In Arista Networks CEO Jayshree Ullal I discovered a cloud networking trademark notice in the following sentence.
To provide an effective network fabric for these clouds requires a next generation of network infrastructure, which we call Cloud Networking™.
So did Arista trademark "Cloud Networking"? I'm not a trademarking expert, and just because you put a TM by a word doesn't make it a trademark.

I'll keep you posted.

Cloud Networking? As opposed to what? Regular networking? This I think is another unfortunate case of someone taking a term and muddling it more. A network is a network, period.

Now... if companies start adding API functionality to their switches I might tip my hat a little.

I doubt traditional enterprise networks are homogenous with automated provisioning and utility pricing, so maybe cloud networking is different from regular networking. Whether Arista actually provides cloud networking is another question.
