Storm Clouds around Mosso's Outage
Looks like Rackspace's Mosso is the latest cloud provider to have an outage. This is hot on the heals of last week's Flexiscale problems, cloud outages seems to be a recurring problem.
According to Mosso, they are currently experiencing an outage in there San Antonio data center. I'll post more details shortly.

I seriously don't get this. "Cloud" hosting is supposed to be downtime-proof. The idea that there are multiple machines or services bailing the others out in the rare event that one of them is down.
MOSSO's outages aren't rare in my opinion, as I've tracked 8 separate outages in the past 7 days myself.
Anyone else? I'm out of ideas. "Cloud" seems to be a dream as of yet to me.
