Managing my time in the cloud

I've been getting this question a lot lately. Specially now that I have a baby on the way. How do you find time for all your various activities?

Finding time has always been the biggest issue facing my day. Between running Enomaly, cloudcamps, cloud forums, writing a cloud book, this blog, entrepreneurial mentor, 100k in travel in the last 5 months, PR meetings, VC meetings, Partner meetings, corporate parties and "quality time" with my family, almost every minute of my day is accounted for. So how do I manage?

Well for one, I try to sleep a maximum of 4 hours when I'm on the road and 7 hours when I'm at home. This gives me the maximum bang for my buck, specially when I'm away from home, which is a lot lately, (Sorry Brenny). Other things I do is attempt to multi-task. For instance, I think about my blog posts when I'm taking a shower, or write a paragraph of my book when I'm waiting for airplane. If you look hard enough I'll always find quite moments where you can get stuff done. It's also important to force yourself to maintain a schedule and stick to it. Like this blog, even when I'm on the road I try to write something, even if it's as unuseless as writing about my schedule.
