Did ZumoDrive trademark "Hybrid Cloud"?

Just looking at a cloud storage product called ZumoDrive and noticed a little TM next to their usage of Hybrid Cloud. I couldn't find any trademark filing to backup their claims.

According to their website , ZumoDrive is a product of Zecter, a Silicon Valley startup creating technology that transforms the way people use cloud storage.

They claim that "With HybridCloud^TM storage solution, our product ZumoDrive brings reliable, scalable cloud storage to consumers. ZumoDrive brings cloud storage to computers and smartphones without sacrificing the benefits of local storage"

Zecter was founded in 2007. The company has raised capital from Y Combinator and Tandem Entrepreneurs.
